It is also called Zone therapy which comes from each foot being divided into five zones becuase when you work on a zone, you are not only treating the point you are on but the whole zone. Reflexology is extremely helpful for the stressful lives we live today as the points which I will show you in a treatment can be massaged during our day lives.
This very relaxing treatment is carried out with the client in a seated position or lying down in a chair or on the massage table.
