Gift vouchers

All gift cards and vouchers hold face value only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if you are unable to use them within the expiry timeframe.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of your appointment unless purchased online via Emerald Therapies’ booking system, in which case we will be able to retrieve your voucher details.

We are not liable for lost or stolen gift cards or any remaining balance. We reserve the right to reject a voucher and request alternative payment if we believe it has been copied or is not issued by Emerald Therapies.

Gift cards may be used to cover full or part payment of treatments or products. If the treatment cost exceeds the gift card value, you may pay the difference. However, gift cards may not be used to pay deposits only.

Vouchers must not be used to pay a deposit and then used again to pay for the same treatment. If you have a voucher that covers the full cost of your treatment, please book using the voucher only and do not pay a deposit.

The expiry date for all gift cards is five years from the date of purchase in accordance with government guidelines. Your treatment must be booked within this timeframe.
